Modules 1-8

Led by seasoned Senior Authorized Persons (SAPs), our comprehensive training modules are designed to prepare delegates for success in Plant, LV and HV SAP authorization panels.
Safety Rules Module 1
A four-day course introducing the Safety Rules and procedures for applying them including the documents and the responsibilities.
This course is for anybody wishing to understand the Safety Rules, how they are applied as part of a Safe System of Work and would form the first week of a series of training for SAPs.
Delegates would become familiar with preparation and issue of safety documents and undertake an assessment.
Safety Rules Module 2
A four-day course covering Safety Rules, Plant and Low Voltage Apparatus.
This course is for prospective SAP's seeking Authorisation for work or testing Plant and LV Apparatus and looks at the procedures detailing how the Safety Rules are applied to them.
Delegates would have further training on the safety rules and prepare documents for work on Plant and LV Apparatus, as well as undertaking an assessment.
Safety Rules Module 3
A four-day course covering Safety Rules and High Voltage Apparatus.
This course is for prospective SAP's seeking Authorisation for work or testing on HV Apparatus and looks at the procedures detailing how the Safety Rules are applied to them.
Delegates would have further training on the safety rules and prepare documents for work and testing on HV Apparatus as well as undertaking an assessment.
Safety Rules Module 4
A two-day course covering Safety Rules, Plant, Low Voltage and High Voltage Apparatus.
This course is for SAPs as a refresher before their Authorisation interview.
During the course delegates will complete 2 assessments.
Safety Rules Module 5
A two-day course covering Safety Rules, responsibilities of the Control Person, examples of bad Control Person practices and RISSP examples.
This course is for practicing SAPs with at least 2 years' experience.
Safety Rules Module 6
A one-day refresher training course for existing Control Persons wishing to renew their Nomination, and candidates who have completed Control Person training or equivalent.
Safety Rules Module 7
A two-day Authorised Person training course.
Candidates are selected for Authorised Person training depending on their knowledge and experience (to be reviewed by the Location Manager).
Safety Rules Module 8
A one-day Authorised Person (SFT) refresher training course.
This is for existing Authorised Persons (SFT) wishing to renew their Authorisation, and candidates who have completed Authorised Person (SFT) training or equivalent.
